All of our centers have leading edge technology from voice and data communication product vendors such as Nortel, Concerto, Siemens, Intel, and many others. Leading telecommunication service providers such as MCI, Qwest, SingTel and the Tata Group provide the international and domestic voice and data circuits.
We have extensive digital recording capabilities and our customers can remotely monitor calls from any location in the world.
